The salon's highly trained hair specialists deliver a professional and friendly service. We have enormous enthusiasm for educating our team of stylists and spend time and effort to keep up with fashion changes, seasons and technological advancements that are continuously being developed. Our persistence in the pursuit of excellence will keep our stylists at the frontline of fashion and ensure our customers experience the highest standards.

The Salon’s staffing structure.

Our price structure reflects the qualification and experience of our stylists.

Style Consultant

Are highly qualified and will specialise in a certain area of hairdressing, they will also be qualified assessors and trainers and hold their PGCE teaching qualification as well as running a full request clientele.

Style director

With a minimum 8 years hairdressing experience, they will also either have or be working towards their teaching qualifications and will have obtained their level 3 in hairdressing, again highly experienced in all aspects of hairdressing and will be working to specialise in a specific area.

Senior stylist

With a minimum of 5 years hairdressing experience again highly qualified and will have obtained their NVQ Level 3 in hairdressing and will also be working towards their assessors and training awards.

Graduate stylist

Will have completed their NVQ level 2 hairdressing, and have a minimum of 2 years hairdressing experience. At this level they will be building their clientele and this is reflected in a much cheaper price list. Please note at The Salon at this level the graduate stylist are still supervised.

First Year Improver Stylist

Will be working torwards their NVQ level 2. At this level they assist the stylist and require models for practising.

Models required

To maintain our high standard of service we are always looking for models to help our salon assistants’ progress with their hairdressing qualifications. All work is fully supervised; if you are interested in being a model please contact us. There is no charge for these services.
